The Spiritual Warfare of a Christian Life
Considering spiritual wareface means we must face the supernatural, but sometimes our western culture can make it challenging to look at the supernatural – we find the supernatural to be irrational or silly; yet Paul writes in Ephesians that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the “spritual forces of evil in the heavenly places”… so who do we fight? What do we fight? How do we fight?
Taste the Difference
The first place where we tap into the goodness of God is when we witness the change that he has worked in our lives; The impact of the goodness of God pushes the old man out, and brings forth the new life in Christ, and through that we will taste and see the goodness of God.
Who is the greatest?
The clash of the Kingdoms is clearly be seen as Jesus teaches His disciples: The kingdom of the world says it’s our strength, who we can step over, who we can step on to get to the top, how we can wrestle and fight; but Jesus takes a child as his picture of greatness. Its a radical challenge to our understanding of what it means to be great.
