Outreach & Evangelism

Reaching out into the community

We run a regular program of outreach from our centres within the UK, and are always ready to welcome volunteers to join us.

So far we have partnered with a soup kitchen in Grimsby, Brixton prison and drop-in centres in Newcastle just to name a few! In addition we have run our own events such as Kindness in the Community banquets and a kids club. Through these connections and initiatives we have been able to testify to the goodness of God and see his transformational power.

Paul (pictured left in light blue) is just one of many examples of someone who has benefited from our outreach programmes. Sleeping rough and addicted to drugs and alcohol he had lost all hope. Now he can testify to experiencing the love of Christ in a safe family environment, as well as restoration with his father.

We desire to work more closely with local churches and ministries throughout the
country that are reaching the broken, and those suffering from abuse, homelessness, drug addiction or alcoholism. We are happy to provide teams of Betel men and women to speak about the work of Betel, to help train your evangelism teams, or just to come alongside and partner with you in your work.

If you or a team from your church or ministry wish to join us, or alternatively would like a Betel UK team to come to your area please contact our outreach and evangelism team by emailing us at outreach@betel.uk.

We would love to discuss your needs, and how Betel UK can partner with you to reach the hurting and the broken. Come and join us!
